What the pilot uses

Your written answer, six quiz choices, selected reflection, age confirmation, optional pseudonym, permissions and submission identifiers are used to create and manage your entry. An email address is needed only when you request delivery or separately request updates. The open answer does not influence your quiz score.

Separate permissions

Private delivery, public archive display, social use and email updates are separate choices. Requesting a card does not sign you up for marketing. Public display and social use also require review. This pilot does not automatically publish entries or send marketing.

The public wall

The living wall and the background of the entry page show the same approved public answers. Publication requires separate gallery permission and an explicit review. Pilot and test entries are excluded. A public card contains only an archive number, the submitted answer, its archetype and the publication date. Email addresses, private links, quiz choices and contact details never appear on the wall.

Updates are delivered through Supabase Realtime, with periodic refresh if the live connection is interrupted. Withdrawal or removal of gallery permission removes the publication from the active wall; connected pages refresh automatically. Copies already saved by other people cannot be recalled.

Where information is processed

Tally hosts the form. Supabase stores the entry and private access controls. n8n coordinates the workflow. Airtable provides the restricted operational view. This page is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Card downloads are rendered in your browser using the artwork created for the approved Canva templates.

Private access

Private links expire after 24 hours. Treat them as access keys and do not share them. They are removed from the page address after opening and are not stored in browser storage. The page does not load advertising or analytics trackers.

Withdrawal and retention

You can withdraw using your management link or contact the address above. Withdrawal removes the answer and contact information from active storage, revokes private access and cancels pending work. Copies already downloaded or shared outside the archive cannot be recalled automatically.

An hourly cleanup removes submissions older than 30 days from this pilot Tally form and removes answers and contact details older than 30 days from active Supabase storage. Raw webhook captures expire after 24 hours. Expired access tokens are removed by hourly cleanup. Withdrawal through this page clears active archive storage and its next operational synchronization; deletion of the source form submission before the retention deadline can be requested at the contact address above. A minimal record of the withdrawn entry remains to prevent repeated events from restoring it. It contains no answer, pseudonym, email address or score. Its final deletion depends on completion of the operational mirror cleanup. The operational mirror is cleared during its next synchronization.
